Each month I vowed to do something new. An easy way of maintaining my mental health and encourage positive thinking. Especially during some duller days when everything can appear more difficult. Knowing I had something new to look forward to help me find the energy to keep going. The first thing I did was play pool with my mum at the local pub. I tried various foods like Black pudding not so successful, and hummus (too successful). Abseiled of Bamburgh castle for charity, learned the ukulele and so much more.
